Structure

The project MI FRIENDS consists of four subprojects and three work packages. With the goal of bringing together the individual target aspects and to achieve a comprehensive organisation of the project, the following partial structures within the entire management process are working together:

•  project responsibility and steering by the BLM  
•  project manager & project coordinator
•  persons responsible for individual work packages
•  coordination committee
